Site Superintendent (Cyprus)

Site Superintendent in Cyprus responsible for managing on-site construction activities from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through project completion and turnover to the U.S. Government. Direct and supervise daily construction site operations, coordinate subcontractors and resources, monitor schedules to ensure timely completion, enforce safety procedures and site compliance, conduct site inspections, and maintain productive coordination among project team members. Requires minimum 10 years of construction experience, knowledge of host country codes and standards, proficiency in English, and ability to work on-site through project duration. Experience in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, materials, finishes, or related construction work, with the ability to prepare past project lists including year, type, role, and responsibilities.
