Job Summary
Site Superintendent responsible for on-site construction work and project coordination from Notice to Proceed through project completion and turnover to the U.S. Government. Direct and supervise daily construction site operations, coordinate subcontractors and workforce activities, monitor schedules and ensure timely completion, enforce safety procedures and site compliance, conduct site inspections, address field issues, and coordinate activities to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity. Requires extensive experience in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, materials, or related construction work, ability to supervise project personnel, coordinate with project team, and provide documentation of similar past projects. Proficiency in English and knowledge of host country codes and construction practices are essential. Location is in Cyprus (Strovolos, Nicosia) with on-site work from NTP to project completion. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with construction work and activities similar to project requirements
- Knowledge of host country codes, standards, and construction practices
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Ability to work on site from Notice to Proceed (NTP) until project completion and turnover
- Experience in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, materials, finishes, or related construction work
- Ability to supervise and coordinate project personnel throughout project duration
- Ability to prepare and provide a list of similar past projects, including project year, project type, role, and responsibilities
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving ability
