Job Summary
Site Superintendent responsible for on-site construction management and project coordination from NTP to project turnover for a Cyprus assignment. Direct daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and workforce, monitor schedules, enforce safety and site compliance, conduct site inspections, address field issues, and sustain productivity. Requires extensive construction experience, knowledge of host country standards, English fluency, and proven ability to supervise personnel and coordinate diverse project activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, materials, and finishes trades. Will support cross-team communication to achieve project goals and ensure safe, compliant, and timely project execution for U.S. Government and related missions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience
- Knowledge of host country codes, standards, and construction practices
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Ability to work on site from Notice to Proceed (NTP) until project completion and turnover
- Experience in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, materials, finishes, or related construction work
- Ability to supervise and coordinate project personnel
- Ability to prepare and provide a list of similar past projects (year, type, role, responsibilities)
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving ability
