Job Summary
Site Superintendent responsible for on-site construction management from NTP to project turnover in Cyprus, including direct supervision of daily site operations, coordination of subcontractors and workforce, monitoring schedules to ensure timely completion, enforcing safety and compliance, conducting site inspections, addressing field issues, and coordinating activities to minimize disruptions while achieving project goals. Requires ten years of construction experience, knowledge of host country codes and standards, proficiency in English, and ability to supervise personnel across the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with construction work and activities similar to project requirements
- Knowledge of host country codes, standards, and construction practices
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Ability to work on site from Notice to Proceed (NTP) until project completion and turnover
- Experience in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, materials, finishes, or related construction work
- Ability to supervise and coordinate project personnel throughout project duration
- Ability to prepare and provide a list of similar past projects, including project year, project type, role, and responsibilities
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving ability
