Job Summary
Site Superintendent responsible for leading industrial construction, design, and process activities for ethanol plants and bio-refineries. Provide professional growth to project staff through coaching and mentoring, evaluate feasibility and risks of prospective projects, participate in long-term strategic planning, assist with budgets and schedules, coordinate with process engineering, manufacturing design, piping design, and other design teams, supervise subcontractors, manage field staff directions, conduct site reviews to ensure design specs are met, advise senior management on potential problems, ensure work aligns with specifications, schedule, and safety, and utilize Procore and Bluebeam software. Bachelor degree in Construction Science or Engineering discipline preferred; strong proficiency in reading P&ID and engineering drawings, and experience with AutoCAD is beneficial. Must have 75% travel and be based in Colwich, KS area.

- 7+ years construction (civil, mechanical, electrical) project management experience required
- Previous field experience required
- Industrial Construction experience required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Microsoft Project experience required
