Job Summary
Site Superintendent for commercial interiors in NYC with 8+ years’ experience overseeing interior renovation projects from field leadership, subcontractor coordination, schedule execution, and punch-list closure. Responsibilities include enforcing safety and quality standards, conducting daily site walks and reports, coordinating with PM on RFIs/submittals/change orders via Procore, managing NYC DOB compliance and inspections, and representing the firm with ownership, management, and tenants. Required: proficiency in Procore, OSHA 30/60, ability to read drawings and specs; strong communication with owners, architects, and building management. Bonus: DOB inspection experience, ACP-5/ACP-7 familiarity, Bluebeam Revu proficiency, and experience with occupied renovations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of superintendent experience in a NYC metro commercial GC/CM environment
- Commercial interiors / fit-out / tenant improvement background
- Procore proficiency
- OSHA 30 or OSHA 60
