Site Strategy Manager, Data Center Sites - Remote (U.S.)

Job Summary

Develop and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, planners, and consultants while managing recruitment and direct reports. Build trust with clients, local communities, and regulatory entities to drive due diligence, zoning, permitting, and offsite infrastructure processes. Account for overall project results by setting goals, adhering to budgets and schedules, and delivering risk mitigation strategies. Train and deploy machine-learning-based management platforms to support large-scale data center initiatives. This hands-on, client-facing role involves occasional travel for milestone sessions and is eligible for remote work from U.S. offices. Join a global team delivering next-generation digital infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management
  • Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects
  • Licensed Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Planner
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning
  • 12 or more years of experience in general land development, infrastructure, or project management
  • Proficiency conducting feasibility studies and evaluating potential sites for development
  • Knowledge of environmental assessments, zoning regulations, land use planning, and utility infrastructure portfolios
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with digital geospatial, project and program management, and machine learning platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder presentations and reporting
  • Experience in managing client relationships and understanding their business needs
  • Skilled communicator with emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Growth-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and team dynamics
