Job Summary
On-site operational lead for School-in-a-Box instructional delivery; manage day-to-day site operations, simulation labs, and faculty support; coordinate daily site activities, scheduling, room readiness, and space management; support OSCEs, assessments, and competency evaluations; manage inventory of simulation equipment and technology, AV systems, and supplies; coordinate events and campus programs; partner with faculty, campus leadership, and external partners to ensure smooth program execution and a positive student experience; ensure compliance with policies, accreditation requirements, and safety standards; location at Trinity Hospital Partner Site in Ann Arbor, MI; full-time with flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or demonstrated transferable experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in site operations, laboratory support, simulation environments, or educational program coordination
- Experience supporting hands-on or skills-based learning preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centered academic environment
- Knowledge of simulation-based education or healthcare training environments
