Job Summary
Lead and develop the Site Services team at Kareeya to coordinate civil works, site services and contractor activity. Ensure work is planned, scheduled and delivered safely, on time and to standard, while supporting operational readiness and asset performance. Responsibilities include leading the Utility Workers and Grounds teams, managing safety systems and risk, monitoring progress, budgets and schedules, supporting asset lifecycle and dam safety compliance, and stepping into the Site Manager role when required. Relocation assistance is available for this Kareeya-based, full-time role with a Tuesday–Friday roster. Strong collaboration, communication, and supervisory capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Front-line leadership or supervisory experience in operational settings
- Strong understanding of safety systems and risk management
- Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers
- Budget and schedule management experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reside in the Tully/Mission Beach area or relocate as required
