Site Services Manager

Job Summary
Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to offer tailored solutions and identify opportunities to expand service offerings. Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Managed Services units to deliver solutions while managing the Site Services pipeline and ensuring accurate business forecasting. Define, track, and report on key service metrics using data analytics to improve decision-making and support client objectives. Drive efficient, standardised processes across operations to enhance service delivery and scalability. Ensure accurate CRM records of client interactions and activity. Review proposals, negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements with clients. Track account performance, revenue, and profitability. Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to specify role requirements, support sourcing strategies, and maximise resource retention through performance management and career development. Conduct technical interviews, performance reviews, and salary reviews for Site Services personnel. Represent SimoTech at industry events and conferences. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in account management or life sciences, and willingness to travel within Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, and or a combination of experience
- Minimum 10+ years in account management and / or experience in the life sciences sector, preferably in engineering or IT/OT services
- Strong ability to engage effectively with engineering, operations, and procurement teams in Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and leadership teams
- Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to monitor and manage financial performance effectively
- Willingness to travel within Ireland
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of GMP, compliance, automation systems (DCS, SCADA, MES), IT infrastructure, system integration and digital transformation in regulated industries would be an advantage
