Job Summary
The Site Project Services Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating onsite services, including facilities management, personnel transportation, and site administrative support for construction projects. The role requires a technical degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. A thorough understanding of the construction process and contract management is essential, as well as experience with budgeting and risk management. This position demands effective management of multiple site contracts and coordination with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree or diploma related to construction and/or service management
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of related field experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Competent interpersonal and leadership skills/training
- Excellent business aptitude and negotiation skills
- Complete understanding of the construction process
- Knowledge of common forms of contract and legalities applicable to the construction industry
- Experience preparing construction services estimates and budgets
- Understanding of health and safety (H&S) principles and quality assurance

- Expertise managing site services on complex major projects
- Working knowledge of various onsite department functions
