Site Service Specialist

Job Summary
Lead and manage site service operations including Transportation, Canteen, Janitorial, Uniform/Locker/Postal, WD store, and related workplace improvements. Responsible for scope-of-work preparation for process bidding and contract review, budget/spending control, on-time delivery of site services, vehicle utilization, transportation routes, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures, IMS/BCMS/RBA, Thai regulations, and company policies. Drive customer satisfaction and support special projects; collaborate with Transportation, canteen committees, EHS and related parties; ensure master schedule headcount forecasts align with service requirements and drive productivity and efficiency across resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Logistics, Transportation, HR-Site Service, Science, Engineering or Supply chain
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in site services management within an industrial or manufacturing facility environment
