Site Service Administrator

Job Summary
Coordinate mobilisation of employees and contractors to mine sites across WA while preparing and submitting quotations for upcoming shutdowns. Complete job invoicing accurately within specified timeframes, review timesheets for casual staff, and contribute to shutdown planning schedules. Monitor training records, medicals, licences, and accreditations using a digital compliance system to maintain workforce compliance across multiple mining customers. Book travel, accommodation, and shutdown logistics, liaising with internal teams, external contractors, and customers to resolve issues and ensure crews arrive compliant and ready to work. Support field service supervisors with operational administration, service reporting, and documentation control to keep WA Field Services running safely and without avoidable delays.

- Experience working with mine site onboarding systems, contractor management platforms and mobilisation processes
