Job Summary
Site Selection & Colocation Manager responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing locations for new data center developments and colocation expansions. Lead end-to-end site selection, conduct market assessments (power, fiber, land, regulatory) and build market intelligence. Coordinate environmental and technical due diligence (geotechnical, hydrological, seismic, infrastructure availability). Drive colocation strategy and vendor management, leading RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution with providers. Manage cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, finance, and network planning; ensure sites meet mechanical, electrical, and network resilience requirements; support CapEx/OpEx modeling and business case development; coordinate with authorities for permitting and compliance. Qualifications include strong knowledge of data center power, cooling, network requirements, and experience evaluating providers and negotiating leases/SLAs; adds value with hyperscale data center familiarity and GIS/risk modeling. Requires ability to manage multiple concurrent regional projects and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
