Job Summary
The Site Security Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution and technical support of physical security operations at a high-performance computing (HPC) data center campus, including access control provisioning/deprovisioning, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and incident response. Works closely with the Site Security Manager to maintain security that meets corporate and client standards; performs system health checks, coordinates security drills, documents incidents, supports ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST audits, and assists in maintenance and testing of security hardware and vendor visits. Requires experience with Genetec, Axis, and HID platforms, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a high-security, mission-critical environment; on-site at Muskogee, OK with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or 4+ years of relevant experience in physical security operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high-security environment (e.g., Data Center, or Critical Infrastructure).
- Strong technical proficiency with Genetec, Axis, and HID platforms is highly preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., ASIS CPP or PSP) is an advantage.
- Military or law enforcement background preferred.
