Site Security Manager, USARC DEERS/RAPIDS

Job Summary
Provide administrative support and security-operations oversight for DoD CAC/ID issuance across multiple USARC ICO sites, including managing RAPIDS workflows, CAC cardstock and consumables, audit trails, and VO training; perform identity verification, document review, and data entry for USID/CAC issuance, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain DEERS/RAPIDS records, and support building/system access through secure identification processes; requires high school diploma (or equivalent), RAPIDS certification, and active security clearance (where applicable).
Required Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably in an HR-related position or DEERS/ID card experience
- Must be proficient in oral and written communication, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic office equipment
- Must successfully complete RAPIDS certification IAW PWS 1.16
- Active SECRET Security Clearance for positions at Fort Bragg, NC or NACI Tier 1 background check for others
- Location flexibility across listed sites and ability to staff during operating hours
- Experience with CAC issuance, DEERS/RAPIDS, and VO processes
- Ability to perform administrative tasks, document handling, and training deployments
