Job Summary
Site Security Manager supporting USARC Identification Card Office operations across multiple CAC/DEERS/RAPIDS sites. Responsibilities include processing identification issuance requests, issuing CACs and USIDs for active duty, reserve, National Guard, retirees, family members/dependents, and eligible contractors; maintaining RAPIDS equipment and audit trails; enforcing policy and procedure compliance; providing training and administrative support; and ensuring secure access to government facilities and systems. The role requires security clearance, RAPIDS certification, strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to verify eligibility and protect sensitive data across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a Customer Service environment (preferably HR-related or DEERS/ID card experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic office equipment operation (copiers, scanners, etc.)
- Must successfully complete RAPIDS certification (IAW PWS 1.16)
- Background checks/background verification as required by DoD policies
- Ability to validate identity of individuals and oversee issuance of USIDs and CACs
- Ability to review audit trail reports and monitor for fraud, waste, and abuse
- All RAPIDS Workstation personnel staffing RAPIDS workstations shall be certified as VO (Voting Officer)
