Job Summary
The Site Security Manager (SSM) will oversee CST operations ensuring compliance with Construction Security Plans, conduct security inspections, and manage staffing schedules. A Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and relevant experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an SSM
- Completion of Department of State Construction Surveillance Technician training course (SE631)
- Completion of SSM Training (SE-601)

- Experience with construction security plans
- Familiarity with surveillance technology
- Strong communication skills
