Job Summary
Site Security Manager responsible for leading the on-site security team at a prestigious pharmaceutical/scientific facility in Speke, Liverpool. You will work with the UK North Contract Manager to elevate security delivery, set clear expectations, standardise operations, coach and develop the team, manage site operations and security procedures, conduct audits/inspections, investigate incidents, produce reports using Office 365, and act as a key liaison for stakeholders while upholding Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
Required Qualifications
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous security management experience (Supervisor level or above)
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing or previously having managed teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and confident learning new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- Ability to monitor and manage both personal performance and the performance of colleagues
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
