Job Summary
Oversee daily site operations, manage staffing levels, and ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards. Respond to out-of-hours emergency calls and blow-out incidents, conducting risk assessments and incident reporting to maintain ALARP risk levels. Lead team recruitment, development, and performance reviews while building strong client relationships and delivering operational reports. Monitor costs to support KPIs and efficiency targets. Full-time role with 48-hour week; out-of-hours call-outs required. Valid SIA licence and British citizenship essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior security management role
- Solid 5 year checkable work history
- Must be a born British Citizen or held British Passport for min 5 years
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
- Strong understanding of SHE, risk management, and compliance requirements
- Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Flexibility to respond to out-of-hours emergency calls when required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
