Job Summary
Manage a local security team as the daily Site Security Manager, ensuring all personnel and control room leaders adhere to guidelines and standard operating procedures. Oversee on-site security systems to guarantee compliant facility operations, including CCTV, access control, and incident management software. Handle escalated incidents by acting as the responder or control room supervisor during high activity or staff absence, while maintaining and repairing security technology. Lead monthly on-call rotations, conduct follow-up audits, and prepare critical information for the client management team. Serve as the primary contact for the data center leadership and security staff when the campus manager is unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- Sachkundeprüfung nach §34a GewO
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden
- Erfahrung vorzugsweise im Umfeld von Datacentern
- Erfahrung mit der Betreuung, Schulung und Einschätzung/Bewertung von Mitarbeitern
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Sicherheitstechnologien (CCTV, Zugangskontrollsysteme, Incident-Management-Software, Videoüberwachungssysteme)
- Stressressistenz, Flexibilität, Prozessstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikatives Talent und Hands-On Mentalität, Starke operative Fähigkeit, Widerstandsfähigkeit und technische Kompetenz
- Organisationstalent mit Fähigkeit zu Teamwork sowie zur Einzelarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Sichere Anwendung der MS-Office-Programme
- PKW-Führerschein Klasse B
- Einmal pro Monat Rufbereitschaft
