Site Security Manager/CAC Operator

Manage ID card issuance and CAC operations by verifying eligibility, reviewing source documents, and maintaining 100% accuracy for Active component, National Guard, Reserve, retirees, and dependents. Process applications, take appointments via telephone or email, and update online calendars daily. Reconcile DEERS information, update RAPIDS within one hour of approval, and resolve discrepancies within two business days. Perform alternate Military Personnel Specialist duties including IPPS-A operations, personnel file management, and transition processing. Requires U.S. citizenship, background checks, and Verifying Official certification. Patriot Enterprises recruits without regard to protected characteristics.
