Job Summary
Site Security Manager responsible for SCIF/SAPF design, construction, and accreditation. Develop ICD-705 compliant documents (FFC, CSP, TEMPEST), perform STC testing and inspections, screen materials for hostile surveillance risks, read designs/blueprints, ensure compliance with ICD 705, TEMPEST, TSCM, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to address RFIs. Maintain daily logs, prepare detailed English reports, and support open storage accreditations. Requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and ability to obtain SCI access; travel up to 20%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and accrediting SCIFs and SAPFs
- 5+ years of experience with ICD 705 and TEMPEST standards for building and accrediting secure spaces and 32 CFR, Part 117 for DoD collateral spaces
- 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- 5+ years of experience writing Construction Security Plans, conducting and coordinating site security assessments, and creating Fixed Facility Checklists and documentation supporting SCIF, SAPF and Open Storage accreditations
- Completion of U.S. Government-approved SCIF, SAPF, SSM, CST training course(s)
- Tier 5 Investigation (T5) and Continuous Vetting requirements
- Ability to obtain SCI access and undergo a polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Adjudicated Counterintelligence polygraph
- Clear understanding of ICD 705 standards and TEMPEST guidelines
- Security clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
- Ability to travel up to 20%
