Job Summary
Monitor compliance with safety policies, procedures, plans, and regulatory requirements while conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Build engagement in preventative safety activities through training and communication, partnering with project leadership and skilled trade personnel to ensure work is completed safely and reliably. Identify hazards, assess risks, and lead efforts to improve safety culture across worksite locations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, three to five years of experience, and the ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Occupational Safety program (related field)
- Three to five years of experience or equivalent experience and competency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
- Ability to lead and influence the safety culture within worksite locations
