Job Summary
Execute the site safety program on assigned projects by observing work, coaching craft employees, and auditing operations in the field. Build relationships with customer representatives, subcontractors, and project staff to ensure compliance with company and customer safety policies. Create and facilitate safety trainings and orientations, assist in creating accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents, and help resolve safety problems in the field. Represent the company professionally with all external parties. Fill in for the site HSE manager during absences. Participate in regional safety organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of maintenance and construction experience
- Valid Driver's License
