Job Summary
Site Safety Manager overseeing workplace safety and environmental compliance across mechanical construction projects in California (San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, and Los Angeles Counties). Responsibilities include conducting daily site safety walkthroughs, leading toolbox talks and safety training on fall protection, lockout/tagout, and confined space entry; performing root-cause analyses for near-misses or accidents; maintaining safety logs, OSHA 300s, and reviewing subcontractor safety plans; supervising on-site first aid readiness and AEDs; monitoring exposure to silica dust, noise, and chemical hazards with proper PPE; conducting Job Hazard Analyses and Pre-Task Plans with foremen; administering safety incentive programs to foster a zero-incident culture; and performing related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field
