Site SA Assistant

Manage the installation, maintenance, and proactive monitoring of hardware assets and customer applications across specific US offices. Enforce security controls aligned with Department of State policies, including AD administration, vSphere remediation, and patch management. Log, resolve, and track all incidents and service requests in Service Now while initiating and documenting configuration changes. Monitor system performance for anomalies, maintain site topology diagrams, and execute regular data backups, restores, and purging procedures. Coordinate hardware/software upgrades, consolidations, and equipment retirements to ensure system confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Requires a Secret Security Clearance and 2+ years of experience.
