Site Revenue Coordinator

Accurately enter patient/client billing data, nursing home rates, level of care, per diem, and physician billing charges while verifying discharge and admission information. Coordinate, review, and analyze documentation supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements to ensure accurate and timely claim submission. Maintain accounts receivable files, track tools, and verify appropriate payers including HIQA and secondary questionnaires to prevent revenue loss. Provide backup support for the Intake Coordinator and ensure overall compliance with local, state, federal laws, and established personnel policies. Submit all documentation timely and perform other duties as required. Full-time hourly position with competitive pay, benefits, and a company car for qualifying individuals.
