Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain the cloud infrastructure platform by deploying servers, network appliances, and cloud PaaS services while communicating with teams to identify system dependencies. Implement monitoring and observability solutions to detect performance and availability issues, then troubleshoot technical problems across distributed systems. Build CI/CD pipelines as code using descriptive languages like Ansible and Terraform to automate testing and releases, ensuring adherence to change management processes. Participate in an on-call rotation and work outside standard business hours as needed to support global operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SysOps, SRE or DevOps experience
- Strong knowledge in Linux and Windows system orchestration
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent Knowledge of Public cloud environments (AWS and GCP)
- Advanced experience with at least two scripting or programming language (Bash, PowerShell, Python (Django), JavaScript (Vue), Java, .Net etc.)
- Experience with Infrastructure as code, deployments done using descriptive languages such as Ansible & Terraform
- Knowledge and experience with docker and containers orchestration such as Kubernetes
- Strong pipeline experience (Github, Azure DevOps etc.)
- Knowledge of deploying applications written in Python, Java and .Net
- Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices to protect data from intrusion, loss, and corruption
- Experience with database (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redis, Mongo)
- Authorized to work in Brazil
- English as primary language
- Participate in an on-call rotation and work outside standard business hours as needed
