Job Summary
Senior Site Reliability Engineer focused on storage for on-prem and cloud environments. Design, deploy, and manage secure NetApp-based networked storage solutions; build, enhance, and manage internal systems (directory services, AI tools) on-prem and in the cloud; enable and promote engineering best practices; develop monitoring to ensure high uptime and proactive issue resolution. Requires deep skills in Linux, Kubernetes, observability, Python, and configuration management/IaC, with 5+ years in SRE or related disciplines and hands-on experience with containerized infrastructure and CI/CD tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related disciplines
- Experience managing networked storage with NetApp appliances
- Experience with troubleshooting NFS and SMB on Linux and Windows
- Proficiency with Python
- Experience managing and monitoring containerized infrastructure
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
- Experience with IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
- Experience working within an IT organization is a plus
