Job Summary
Stabilize environments and sites by defining robust dashboards, monitoring systems, and SLAs/SLOs for applications and service platforms. Analyze metrics from operating sites to assist in performance tuning, fault finding, and complex incident response, while participating in blameless post-mortems to reduce mean time to resolution. Optimize the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of code to ensure service availability, latency, and capacity planning. Mentor junior team members on infrastructure management and disaster recovery best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- university / college degree
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
