Job Summary
Site Reliability Engineer responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and resilience of MFSG's digital banking platforms. Will define and maintain SLOs, oversee end-to-end service lifecycle, design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, engineer zero-downtime deployments, and develop disaster recovery runbooks. Collaborates with engineering, DevOps, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance to ensure regulatory compliance, data protection, and reliable production systems; drives automation, observability, and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle; communicates change scope and incident status to stakeholders; supports audits with detailed operational history. Requires collaboration across product, development, and compliance teams, and delivering reliable, auditable infrastructure within financial services contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering within financial services or fintech
- Hands-on experience maintaining reliability for real-time transaction systems, mobile banking, or payment gateways
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and their operational implications for production systems
