Job Summary
Site Reliability Engineer (Middle) responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and observability of Azure-based SaaS platforms. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production systems running on Azure and Kubernetes, improve deployment safety and platform performance, build and maintain observability dashboards and alerts, analyze incidents to reduce downtime, and collaborate with cloud and application teams to embed reliability in the development lifecycle. You will enhance CI/CD pipelines, support centralized observability initiatives, and contribute to improving system resilience and deployment practices across platforms. 100% remote opportunity with competitive salary and benefits; working with foreign clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure-based environments
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerized systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, BetterStack, or similar
- Understanding of distributed systems and production operations
- Experience with alerting, incident response, and troubleshooting production issues
- Ability to work across infrastructure and application layers
- English level: B2 or higher
