Job Summary
Senior Site Reliability Engineer role focusing on observability, monitoring, alerting, and proactive reliability improvements for cloud infrastructure supporting Finance Transformation initiatives (Oracle PaaS FSDF and ERP/EPM SaaS). Responsibilities include ensuring applications are up, taking preventive actions to avoid incidents, resolving production issues promptly, identifying opportunities for improvements, coordinating with backlogs and RTB changes, and participating in on-call rotations. Requires experience with monitoring/alerting tools, incident/problem/change management, and strong communication to business stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement in Hyderabad, India with flexible working options.
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 years of industry experience
- Hands-on working experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Dynatrace preferably)
- Working experience on ServiceNow and JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
