Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer responsible for reviewing, optimizing, and completing monitoring and alerting systems. Work with development, operations, and product teams to ensure monitoring provides real-time visibility, actionable data, and that alerting minimizes false positives while detecting issues before affecting customers. Develop dashboards and reports to track system health and capacity/utilization trends, analyze monitoring data for trends and anomalies, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders to align monitoring with business goals, and develop automation scripts to streamline monitoring/alerting processes. Document systems, train teams on tools and interpretation of data, and continuously improve monitoring strategies to adapt to evolving technologies in a SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar role, with a focus on monitoring and alerting in a SaaS environment
