Job Summary
Implement load testing, fault-injection techniques, and self-healing automation to ensure web/mobile backends and AI microservices sustain banking-scale traffic. Build Python-driven, CI/CD-integrated regression test suites that validate application logic, data pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code states. Define and track critical Service Level Indicators and Objectives, setting up real-time telemetry and proactive alerting to catch performance degradation. Integrate specialized AI evaluation harnesses into deployment pipelines to benchmark model accuracy and retrieval performance, while automating security scans to satisfy strict banking data residency standards. Monitor compute efficiency to eliminate redundant cloud spend. This role supports DeepLight AI's expansion across the GCC, focusing on high-impact, secure AI solutions for regional enterprise clients in Financial Services and Banking.
Required Qualifications
- High proficiency in Python (mandatory)
- Bash scripting
- automation test frameworks like PyTest, Selenium, or Robot Framework
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure or AWS
