Job Summary
Site Reliability Engineer for the Client Platform at Hadrian, focusing on scalable, automated deployments and secure configurations across end-user devices. Own, administer, and optimize MDM platforms (Fleet DM, Intune, Workspace ONE) with OS-level scripting to drive self-healing and reduce tickets. Build telemetry, dashboards, and alerts to measure end-user experience as an SLO. Collaborate with Security, IT, and Infrastructure to translate CMMC/compliance requirements into enforceable baselines. Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell; IaC and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform); device management and patch/vulnerability remediation; and experience designing self-healing or auto-remediation platforms. Desirable: CS fundamentals, OT exposure, and experience with SRE practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong scripting in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management: Ansible and Terraform (or equivalents like Chef, Salt, Puppet, Pulumi)
- Working knowledge of at least one major MDM (Fleet DM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE) and its API surface
- Practical experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint hardening on both macOS and Windows
- Experience building self-healing or auto-remediation platforms (remote actions, osquery + response, custom agents)
- Exposure to OT (Operational Technology) systems
- Comfort operating in an SRE culture: SLOs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems
