Job Summary
Join the CIAM team as a Site Reliability Engineer Apprentice, focusing on the AuthZilla authorization system leveraging OpenFGA and Google Zanzibar. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, deploying, and monitoring features in the AuthZilla project. Collaborate in an agile Kanban team, support feature migration, and gain hands-on experience with ReBAC systems. Proficiency in C#, Python, and frontend technologies like Angular is essential, along with a strong desire to learn and contribute to large, production-grade systems.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related technical program
- Basic development skills in frontend and backend technologies
- Interest in authorization systems, security, and SRE practices
- Some experience or interest in Object-Oriented Programming (C#, Python, Java)
- Experience with web-based applications and Linux fundamentals
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React
- API design and development knowledge
