Job Summary
Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps at an international software company, focusing on automation, IaC, reliability optimization, capacity planning, monitoring, and incident response. Responsibilities include automating deployments and system management, improving uptime and performance, scaling infrastructure, implementing monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana/ElasticSearch, conducting postmortems (RCA), and driving continuous improvements in auto-scaling and CI/CD workflows using Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and related tools. Fully remote work with flexibility and collaboration across an international team; 12-month contract with a focus on ownership and autonomous delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years IT operations/DevOps experience
- Experience with Kubernetes/Container technologies
- CI/CD tooling experience (GitHub Workflows, Helm, Kustomize)
- Cloud services experience (preferably Google)
- Strong scripting/automation skills
- Fluency in German and English preferred
