SITE QUALITY METHODS PROFESSIONAL

Oversees quality inspection of internal parts, develops and improves internal quality inspection methods, and leads QC staff on the production line. Coordinates corrective and preventive actions during production, maintains and updates the control plan and Poka Yoke systems, leads 8D internal report issues, evaluates patrol inspection efficiency, provides training on quality issues to production operators, supports EHS-related improvements, and prepares weekly and monthly quality reports. Contract position with leadership responsibilities across the QC function and cross-functional coordination with Engineering and Maintenance.
