Site Quality Manager

Drive continuous improvement through the development and implementation of Quality processes, systems, tools, and techniques. Recruit, interview, and hire Quality Engineers, OBA personnel, and Quality Analyst resources while coaching staff in the interviewing process. Establish clear measurable goals, solicit ongoing feedback from Workcell and Business Unit Managers, and perform professional team member evaluations. Define and implement a Quality strategy that contributes to campus strategic directions, prepare timely forecasts, and compare results against historical actuals. Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and eliminate non-value-added tasks. Assess data gathering methods, ensure procedures are efficient, and act as the company's quality management representative to drive regulatory and compliance certifications.
