Job Summary
Establish and maintain the site quality system to meet regulatory expectations and cGMP requirements across global regions. Lead the site Quality organization (QA & QC), providing technical oversight and guidance on quality decisions for chemistry and microbiology teams. Direct the implementation of Curia global standards to ensure compliance from material dispensing through final product dispatch. Manage resources for stability testing, develop the Quality Systems & Compliance function, and drive continuous quality and cost improvement efforts. Provide leadership to the Quality Organization, evaluate product/process issues, and maintain the site Quality budget. Support plant management on new products and audit compliance commitments.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA in a scientific field
- microbiology
- Minimum of 15 years of progressively greater responsibilities in Quality Operations
- pharmaceutical (sterile product manufacture)/Biologics/medical devices industry
- project management

- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- May be required to pass Occupational Health Screening
- May be required to obtain and maintain gowning certification
