Job Summary
Oversee QA/QC activities for civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Conduct inspections of earthworks, concrete works, structural, and architectural elements while monitoring compaction, batching, pouring, and curing. Develop and enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), review material submittals, and issue non-conformances to track corrective actions. Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and test certificates. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with 7–10 years of experience and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science / Engineering in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, QA/QC procedures, and international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO)
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation software
- Ability to independently manage inspections, NCRs, and compliance monitoring
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
