Job Summary

Manage day-to-day property operations by presenting the property to prospective residents, processing applications, and selecting residents based on established guidelines. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, collect rent and security deposits, and bill residents for damages and late charges. Conduct regular interior unit inspections, recertify leases, and handle evictions including documentation and court hearings. Maintain a safe environment by supervising maintenance staff, verifying contractor work, and ensuring grounds are continuously maintained. Monitor budget adherence, approve purchases within limits, and prepare invoices for payment. Notify RPM and the Safety Officer immediately of any fires, injuries, or damages, and follow up with written incident reports within 24 hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must attend required training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Must be able to stand
  • Must be able to walk
  • Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms
  • Must be able to climb or balance

  • Section 8 or Tax Credit Experience
