Job Summary
Oversees on-site installation, integration, and testing of warehouse automation in distribution centers; coordinates subcontractors, reviews drawings, ensures safety, tracks progress, and supports RFIs and closeout.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in material handling systems, industrial construction, automation, or related fields.
- Experience supporting subcontractor crews on active construction or retrofit projects.
- Basic knowledge of conveyors, sortation, racking, mezzanines, robotics interfaces, or controls systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and equipment drawings.
- Understanding construction means, methods, and site logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Proficiency with basic field documentation and reporting tools.
- Adaptable and eager to grow in high-accountability environments.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required (up to 80%).
- Flexibility to work extended hours or occasional Saturdays to support key milestones.
