Job Summary
Lead all on-site construction activities for multi-million-dollar power plant projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Champion safety culture by leading site operations with full compliance to company and client programs. Direct field leadership teams including General Foremen and Safety personnel while overseeing subcontractor performance and scope alignment. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to support successful delivery. Drive schedule and reporting accuracy through regular management updates and participate in client coordination meetings. Make critical field decisions to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum. Monitor equipment utilization for cost control and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications. Support workforce development through training and performance feedback. This on-site assignment through December 2028 supports the installation of 4-GE gas-fired turbines and supporting infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects
- Proven experience successfully leading multi-million-dollar construction projects in a site management role
- Working knowledge of computers and standard software applications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout active construction sites for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, lift, and carry materials as needed
- Ability to work in various weather and site conditions
- This position is an on-site assignment through December of 2028, with minimal travel outside of the initial project location
