Job Summary
Manage and oversee daily plumbing activities on new construction projects including multifamily apartment buildings and hotels. Essential responsibilities include maintaining inventory, conducting site inspections, overseeing installation schedules, and interacting with local governing bodies for inspections. Ideal candidates should possess a plumbing license and have at least 5 years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily and/or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Plumbing License (Strongly Preferred)
