Job Summary
Acknowledge client specifications for construction planning and progress reporting. Attend project meetings and prepare area-specific procedures and deliverables. Develop project construction schedules, baseline plans, and reference progress curves, including man-hour estimates and manpower charts. Review subcontractor schedules during the bid stage and finalize construction progress curves and reference productivities with each subcontractor. Provide support to site planning staff as necessary. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and seven years in project control and planning, with proficiency in Primavera 6, Microsoft Project, and Excel. Based in Chonburi, reporting to the Site Planning Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering disciplines
- At least seven (7) years' experience in the project control and planning
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office especially Excel spreadsheets and data management
- Proficient at using Primavera 6 and Microsoft project
