Site Planner / Scheduler - Sugar Plant Project

Job Summary
Develop site-specific planning procedures in consultation with the Site Manager and Planning & Scheduling Department. Lead the development of site and contractor schedules, ensuring proper interfacing with the Master Time Schedule. Generate periodic reports identifying delays, critical paths, and developing recovery plans and crash schedules. Assist Construction and Commissioning Managers with resource planning and maintain project execution history for claims. Liaise with the Planning & Scheduling Department for procedure revisions and tool upgrades. Ensure approval from the Planning & Scheduling Department for target schedules and progress data prior to revision. Requires proven EPC project experience, fluent English, and strong expertise in Primavera P6.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as site Planner / Scheduler on EPC projects, preferably Sugar or Power Plants
- English fluent
- Strong expertise in planning sofwtares such as Primavera P6
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
