Prepare the baseline project schedule and progress measurement sheets using the Work Breakdown Structure, ensuring all activities from customers and stakeholders are included. Coordinate with disciplines to validate dates, durations, and links, while analyzing critical paths to mitigate schedule risks with the Project Manager. Update monthly schedules and progress sheets, performing progress analysis on late tasks and proposing corrective measures to meet time deadlines. Structure activities from start to finish, provide transparency on progress, and support Project Manager decisions on execution strategy for the greenfield Electrolyzer installation in Rotterdam.
